1/2'' x 1/4'' Point Cutter Roundover 1/4'' Radius - 1/4 Shank - SE1572

The bit is used to roundover edges so your hand router does not have to. Use this bit to give the top edge of a pocket a roundover or to give your outside profile a roundover so your hand router does not have to. This bit is a huge time saver in the CIC workshop. 

Recommended Feeds & Speeds 

• Feedrate - 40-60 IPM
• Cut Depth Per Pass - .24" 
• RPM's - 18,000
• Plunge Rate = 50% of Feedrate (ex: Feedrate=100 IPM, Plunge Rate=50 IPM)
• These Feedrates are recommended starting points, each CNC is different and feedrates will vary.
