Damaged/Defective Items: If an item is received and is damaged or defective please contact info@cicworkshop.com immediately with a description of the issue and any photos of the damaged/defective items. 

Digital Items: No refunds for digital items, all sales are final

30 Day Return Policy (Any & All Items, excluding Digital Items): If you don't love your purchase, you can return or exchange within the first 30 days. Returns result in a full refund. Please email us a photo of your defective product to info@cicworkshop.com. Bits and Materials cannot be manipulated in any way in order to qualify for a refund.
