    • Top Insert Inlay Board: Crafted from Black Walnut, the top board is 0.60 inches thick.

  • Fine Finish: Raw Wood sanded with 180 grit for a smooth, professional finish. Minor wood imperfections are natural, but no large knots or voids are present.

Great!!

The cutting board inlay kit seems to be true to size and well made. The boards were perfectly flat and ready for CNC. I wish CIC offered the Walnut base with Maple plug. Also, I wish they used Tite Bond III instead of Tite Bond II to be more water resistant.

Pretty decent cutting board blanks

It was almost exactly what I'm looking for. There were minor imperfect sections in the walnut. I will just need to work arround this, but if I only ordered one and needed to use the whole thing I would be a bit more upset.

The 75 dolar price point was a big selling point for me, but I will need to think about the 100 price point (will need to see how well they sell and weigh that against making it myself)

Over all, I love the idea and like that this helps me focus on my CNC over normal woodworking.
