This upcut bit is made for cutting thick material, the upcut ejects chips out of the deep cut. Ideal for cutting out material over 1'' thick. Use this bit when you need the extra length to get the job done. 

Recommended Feeds & Speeds 

• Hobby CNC with Router - 50 IPM
• Hobby CNC with Spindle - 80 IPM
• Industrial CNC - 120 IPM
• Cut Depth Per Pass - .25" 
• RPM's - 18,000
• Plunge Rate = 50% of Feedrate (ex: Feedrate=100 IPM, Plunge Rate=50 IPM)
• These Feedrates are recommended starting points, each CNC is different and feedrates will vary.
