The 3/8" Chipbreaker Compression Bit is built for serious material removal with flawless edge quality. Featuring a 1" cut length and a chipbreaker flute design. The compression delivers clean surfaces on both sides of your material, making it ideal for cabinetry, signage, furniture parts, and high-speed CNC production where speed and precision matter.

Recommended Feeds & Speeds 

• Hobby CNC with Router - DO NOT USE
• Hobby CNC with Spindle - 100 IPM (Its going to be hard on your machine)
• Industrial CNC - 200-400 IPM
• Cut Depth Per Pass - .25"-.75" 
• RPM's - 18,000
• Plunge Rate = 50% of Feedrate (ex: Feedrate=100 IPM, Plunge Rate=50 IPM)
• These Feedrates are recommended starting points, each CNC is different and feedrates will vary.
