High Quality -Great Product

CIC has a business methodology, coupled with a line of CNC products that are exceptional.

Each of my orders have been promptly filled and the order/delivery process is communicated to the buyer.

While unpacking my order I was impressed with a great packing job and pleased to read a hand written note to thank me for my purchase.

Wait, there’s more…. You can tell time & effort are put into writing this personal note; CIC thanks me for repeat business AND asks how the products a products from my previous order are working and reference specifically some of the previous products. I.e. how’s the 1/4-inch end mill bit from your last order working for you? CIC’s attention to detail speaks loudly.

For the product quality, I am 110% satisfied. The endmill and ball nose bits are like new, even after at least 10 uses on my CNC.

Cutting It Close has earned my repeat business!

TBN Bit.

This is a fabulous bit. Bought a bit set from Woodcraft that included a 1/8 TBN (Tampered ball nose) and a 1/16 TBN. limited use dulled quickly and caused burn marks. Switched to the CIC TBN. OMG what a difference! Clean cutting no burn marks OMG Will be buying more!
