This is my favorite bit for any CNC job! The down-cut provides a clean top finish and the 1'' cutting length allows you to use this for most projects, great at pocketing and profiling. 

Recommended Feeds & Speeds 

  • Hobby CNC with Router - 60 IPM
  • Hobby CNC with Spindle - 80 IPM
  • Industrial CNC - 250 IPM
  • Cut Depth Per Pass - .25" 
  • RPM's - 18,000
  • Plunge Rate = 50% of Feedrate (ex: Feedrate=100 IPM, Plunge Rate=50 IPM)
  • These Feedrates are recommended starting points, each CNC is different and feedrates will vary.
