Panels look good except for some transportation blemishes

I have not had the opportunity yet to get to may main objective of building some corner shelves to complement my kitchen cabinets. However I already made a small shelf with part of a panel and the results are very good.
The only issue I had so far is that the packaging was a little poor and the panels came with hit marks on the edges and a pressure mark near one edge. I bought enough wood so that I can go around these blemishes, but think that some thicker or stronger cardboard could have avoided this and will expect better packaging in the future.
