Groove Master - 1/4" Shank - Juice Groove Bit

The Groove Master Bit is built specifically for cutting board makers who want cleaner grooves with less sanding. Its 0.50" round nose tip cuts a traditional groove, but once you pass .1875" depth, it forms a built-in 45° chamfer that breaks the sharp edge automatically. This allows you to adjust your cutting depth to create larger or smaller juice grooves with the same bit. Adding more flexibility, fewer tool changes, and dramatically less sanding in your shop.

• Hobby CNC with Spindle - 60 ipm
• Industrial CNC - 60 ipm
• Cut Depth Per Pass - Varies 
• RPM's - 18,000 
• Plunge Rate = 50% of Feedrate (ex: Feedrate=100 IPM, Plunge Rate=50 IPM)
• These Feedrates are recommended starting points, each CNC is different and feedrates will vary.
