Starter kit

I am new to CNC and purchased the Starter Kit. The bits that came with my machine were horrible. These bits cut smoothly and can handle the hardwood I am cutting with ease. I would definitely recommend this product. I will purchase all my bits from CIC!

The "Perfect" Essential Set

I am not using anywhere near the potential of my CNC but I do enough that this kit is the perfect essential kit and at a great price. These bits are awesome and last and last. Thank you Cutting It Close!

Starter bits are awesome ! The cuts they make are super clean. I would definitely recommend them worth the extra dollars in the long run. I will be purchasing more in the near future.

Awesome Customer Service

I bought this set original out of ignorance as I am just starting my CNC journey and realized after I ordered that these bits were going to be too large for my CNC machine. It was late at night over the weekend so I emailed the customer service team and left them with my dilema. Monday rolled around and I received a response from them early in the morning advising they could swap out the bits with something similar as the starter set does not come in the 1/8 shank sizes. They apologized, (even though it wasn't there fault at all) and sent out a new set that would be on par and even sent a return label so I didn't have to pay for shipping on the return. No questions, no belittling remarks just helpful future information . They even fallowed up with a phone call. Loved that the original set came with a bunch of stickers and a small CNC thank you plaque for the purchase. These bits also seem to be top quality. Not entirely sure yet but I'm eager to get started. Thanks to Thomas and his team for making my entry in the CNC world a most pleasant experience! Great Job!
