I'm building a couple of cedar chests for Eagle Scouts. Your Flag & Eagle inlay will be used on one of the side panels. The box style uses 5-panel construction. The front and sides have carvings and/or inlays. I've done 6 of these to date. Your graphic will be new to the design. The previous boxes also had an Eagle on on side. Your design will change it up to use the Flag and Eagle.
I used the Golden boy for ruffing and an 1/8” ball nose for details. First time using my CIC bits and ER collets. Supreme quality bits produce a spectacular cut!
The inlay worked perfectly. (Guess the theme I was going for.) I was a bit surprised that you offered the eagle inlay for free, but I did purchase a few other things because I thought that was fair. Wow! This is the best surfacing bit I have ever used. Got a super smooth finish on a mixed hardwood cutting board that required just a quick once over to finish-sand prior to oiling.
I ordered three and received them in great condition. They were packed well and fast shipping. They look amazing and are more than what I expected. Great job guys
Directions and files worked well. My setup requires slightly slower feed rates and two passes to do the male, but when it was finally done, the two pieces mated perfectly.

Some people have similar inspirations. Literally days before I saw your video I was designing my own Gameday board as a Christmas gift. But I liked your measurements better than mine so I bought your kit and used your design to tweek mine. So far it's coming out great. I am sure a happy customer.
I used CIC project pack, lumber pack and rocking chair design to make the rocking chairs for the grandkids. The quality of these materials is so consistently good that you don't worry about problems in the wood distracting from the end result you are seeking.
Love CIC… watching the videos they produce provided valuable insight into the CNC world. Ryan’s descriptions and step by step process made it look easy, and is the reason I bought a CNC.

What a great project. I went in person and picked this up along with some other wood from DW Hardwoods. The file is well laid out with good instructions. It is easy to edit for your favorite team. It takes about 3 days total because of the epoxy cure time but only about a hour of cutting. Finished with Osmo. I give away all my projects so my friends are thrilled. ShopSabre 23 and Vectric VCarve pro were used to cut it out.
First time working with BamX. Absolutely loved it. Already have a couple more ideas to utilize this material. Highly recommend BamX and CIC for all your CNC needs.
