Good files BUT?

I cut the files using my NextwaveShark HD520 with the new 10.1" pendant. The new pendant has been nothing but problems. Eventhough, the Ready-To-Control software could read and run the toolpaths from the computer as you had them named, the pendant would not recognise the toolpaths. Nextwave said it was the toolpaths names causing the failure and said I had to rename each toolpath. I did rename them and they mostly worked. The last one crashed the pendant, but I finally got it to run.

The project turned out great. You did a good job designiong them. The Bamx is really nice product.

The BUT! is: Because the pendant would not even see the files on the thumbdrive, I contacted your support on your site and asked to be contacted so I make sure it was not your files causing the problem. Because as I suspected Nextwave blamed the file names. You never contacted me. This left me having to deal with Nextwave and not having any recourse when they dumped the blame on your files. This was a great dissappointment.
